I have an old graphire wacom and have been using it for years and not just for Pse I use in in Office word, emailing, etc.

I followed the advice here: if you want to really get familiar with the pen then put the mouse away and stay with the pen.

I have used it so much that the rubbery casing at the bottom is looooooking pretty bad.
